These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Jstart A Idea's services, software applications, and managed cloud hosting systems.

1. Account Registration and Security

To order services or launch hosting servers, customers must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We recommend enabling the integrated **2-Step Verification (OTP)** in your profile settings. Account access remains strictly locked for unverified accounts until initial email OTP verification is complete.

2. Development & Implementation Contracts

Website and custom coding projects are executed based on milestones. Upon placing an order:

Customers must provide complete details, content assets, and reference designs within the requested timeline.
Code ownership is transferred to the customer upon final invoice clearance. We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our public portfolio.

3. Managed Server Resources and Usage

Our cloud hosting products are designed for standard business usage. To maintain server stability for all tenants:

Accounts must not upload malicious scripts, spam dispatchers, or unlicensed copyright materials.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend client containers if excessive resource consumption (CPU, RAM) disrupts shared hardware nodes.
Access to deploy, configure DNS, or upload code via the client dashboard is restricted until invoice payment is verified.

4. Payments and Billing Cycle

All billing is managed online. We accept transactions through secure payment integrations (PayU, Razorpay). Recurring services (hosting, server maintenance) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle depending on the plan selected. Unpaid invoices will result in automated account suspension after a grace period of 5 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jstart A Idea provides digital code and server resources "as is." While we maintain 99.9% network uptime SLAs, we are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages caused by client code configuration errors, third-party plugin vulnerabilities, or payment gateway processor outages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
