Digital Services Statement This is a digital service agency. No physical products are manufactured, and no physical packages will be shipped.

1. Delivery Mode & Channels

All deliverables (compiled website source code, database dumps, DNS configurations, and active cloud hosting control panels) are delivered electronically:

Customer Portal Dashboard: Control settings, ZIP file deployments, active services, nameserver mappings, and support channels are accessible in your dashboard area upon login.
Email Delivery: Transaction receipts, invoice statements, connection credentials, server status alerts, and access details are sent directly to your registered email address.

2. Service Delivery Timelines

We hold ourselves to strict delivery schedules. Depending on your purchase, delivery occurs as follows:

3. Delivery Verification & Acceptance

For custom web design and application projects, the delivery is marked as complete only upon client review and formal acceptance. Once layout mockups are approved, code is pushed to production. If no response is received from the client within 10 days of source delivery, the task is marked auto-accepted and billing invoices proceed.
